With over three decades of experience in multinational organisations, including senior leadership roles, I bring independent judgement and practical insight to compliance, governance, and financial risk.

As a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant, I work closely with founders, investors, and boards to provide clarity in areas where oversight is critical - payroll, statutory compliance, internal controls, HR processes, and financial discipline.

My approach goes beyond checklist compliance. I focus on identifying early warning signals, structural control gaps, and regulatory exposure before they become costly problems.

I offer the perspective of someone who has sat inside large organisations; and understands what smaller, growing businesses might often overlook.
